The Platform delivers software, data, AI-generated content, signal indications, screening outputs, campaign drafts, and related tools.
3. Important Disclaimers — No Investment Advice
AegisIQ provides software, tools, data, analytics, research outputs, signal indications, strike-zone suggestions, Options Lens results, campaign materials, and other informational content only.
AegisIQ does NOT provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing on the Platform, in any report, signal, Options Lens output, AI-generated content, or communication constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or engage in any transaction in any security, option, or other financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. All investments and options trading involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire principal. Use of the Options Lens does not reduce or eliminate these risks. You alone bear the risk of any options trading activity.
5. AI-Generated Content

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
7. Intellectual Property & Licenses
AegisIQ and its licensors own all rights in the Platform, its software, designs, models, workflows, templates, and branding. You retain ownership of your own content but grant AegisIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the service. AegisIQ may use de-identified, aggregated usage data for platform improvement.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AegisIQ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
In no event shall AegisIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, investment losses, or trading losses, even if AegisIQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AegisIQ’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AegisIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AegisIQ and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.
10. Termination
AegisIQ may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will so survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
