Users must use AegisIQ lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable contracts, securities laws, privacy laws, anti-spam laws, and professional obligations.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use AegisIQ to create deceptive financial claims, manipulate markets, impersonate others, send unlawful spam, violate privacy rights, evade compliance review, distribute malware, or generate content for illegal activity.
- Misleading or promissory investment claims
- Unauthorized use of personal or confidential data
- Unapproved investor promotions where approval is legally or contractually required
- Attempts to bypass access controls, billing controls, or security protections
Communications Review
Investor-growth content should be reviewed by qualified personnel before distribution. Users are responsible for required disclosures, legends, consent, opt-out handling, and recordkeeping.
Enforcement
AegisIQ may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, security risks, legal concerns, or misuse that could harm users, markets, or the platform.
