Subscriptions
AegisIQ plans may renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal or another authorized cancellation method before the renewal date.
Cancellations
Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in a customer agreement.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. AegisIQ may review billing issues, duplicate charges, or service problems on a case-by-case basis.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise plan billing, cancellation, service levels, and refund terms may be governed by a separate written agreement.
